Overview


Mr. Fernández-Paoli serves as Senior Counsel at Delgado & Fernández, LLC.  He has had a distinguished career in the law and in civic and military service.  He has been an active litigator for almost 50 years with extensive experience in banking law, insurance defense, construction law and commercial litigation.

He has been a member of the Board of Bar Examiners of the Puerto Rico Supreme Court and has offered various seminars on construction law and litigation practice to his peers and to trade organizations.  Mr. Fernández-Paoli has served in the Board of Directors of various organizations, among them, as Vice President of the Board of Trustees of the Sacred Heart University in Santurce, Puerto Rico, as a member of the Board of Directors of Puerto Rican Cement, and Oriental Bank & Trust.  He was also a member and General Counsel of the Board of Directors of the Associated General Contractors of America, Puerto Rico Chapter.

Mr. Fernández-Paoli is also a retired Captain of the United States Army, having received the Bronze Medal of Honor for his distinguished service in Vietnam.
